Software Developer - Architecture and Network Solutions (Access Solutions)

About the role

AUMOVIO, spun off in September 2025 from the Continental Automotive group, is looking for a Software Developer for its Access Solutions team in Seongnam-si, South Korea. The company develops sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems, and software architecture platforms for software-defined vehicles. The role covers analysis of customer and system requirements, software design, development and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer and system requirements and create or update software requirements accordingly.
• Design innovative and robust software that meets the software requirements.
• Develop software modules following automotive embedded software and coding and design rules.
• Validate software design, module interfaces and module functionality on test bench and produce a test report.
• Deliver the committed work package within the planned time, effort and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.
• Less than 8 years of experience.
• Fluent or advanced level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively with a global organization.

Required skills

• Embedded and real-time programming experience.
• Advanced programming in C and C++.
• Automotive software knowledge such as classic/adaptive AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet, UDS.
• Ability to generate and verify automotive-compliant AI code.
• Preferred: Bluetooth LE, OTA programming and HMG Mobilegene AUTOSAR SWP experience.
