Senior Marketing Specialist, Endovenous (EV)

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist coordinates and supports all aspects of marketing and sales efforts within the Endovenous (EV) business in South Korea. The role leads strategic planning and execution to drive business growth in the EV portfolio, shapes market strategy, leads marketing programs and customer engagement, and works closely with the Sales team and cross-functional teams such as QRA, SCM, Finance and Training & Education. It requires understanding of Superficial Venous Disease (SVD) treatment pathways and engaging primarily with vascular surgeons, cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional radiologists and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research.
• Develop and execute marketing programs to raise awareness and adoption of the EV portfolio.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and unmet customer needs, and move products from idea to market.
• Plan, schedule and manage projects, estimate costs and work with geographic areas to build partnerships.
• Support digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Review market trends, competitive activity and customer insights regularly.
• Monitor backorders with the sales team, work with logistics teams to understand causes and release plans, and update the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong execution with stakeholders, including Sales teams, in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of SVD treatment pathways and product applications.

Required skills

• Good presentation and effective verbal and written English and Korean.
• Computer and MS Office proficiency.
