About the role
The Senior Market Access Specialist will shape and execute market access strategies for innovative medicines. Working under moderate supervision, you will provide strategic insights to senior leadership and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new drug / new indication P&R projects.
- Manage post‑launch price events such as PVA and generic‑driven price changes.
- Develop P&R strategy and assess feasibility of new pipelines.
- Analyze global PE models and develop local PE data.
- Lead environment shaping and stakeholder engagement.
- Align business strategy as a partner with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide reimbursement criteria guidance and manage rejections.
Required profile
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in Market Access.
- Experience in health economics, outcomes research or pharmaco‑economic evaluation projects.
- Strong knowledge of medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy or a related healthcare field.
