Senior Field Marketing Specialist – Korea

About the role

Speak is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to lead its B2B field marketing function in South Korea. You will own the annual marketing strategy, event calendar, partner ecosystem and community programs that drive enterprise pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with enterprise pipeline and booking goals, in partnership with Sales.
• Own the Korea B2B event calendar and budget, from strategy and planning through execution and post‑event analysis.
• Design and run multi‑touch lead‑nurturing workflows in HubSpot to convert event and campaign leads into qualified pipeline.
• Build and manage a strategic partner ecosystem, activating co‑marketing, joint lead generation and thought‑leadership events.
• Lead community initiatives for both prospect and end‑user audiences, including HR forums, roundtables and the B2B Kakao channel.
• Report on ROI, pipeline contribution and other performance metrics, maintaining dashboards for Sales and leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing or demand generation for enterprise accounts.
• Proactive mindset with a data‑driven approach to improve events and campaigns.
• Strong project‑management skills and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
• Fluent Korean (written and verbal) and professional English proficiency.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies and external partners.
• Background in EdTech, HRTech or B2B SaaS is a plus.
