Senior Customer Success Manager – Korea

About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager on MarqVision’s APAC team, you will own the full lifecycle of global accounts across the region, acting as the trusted partner for multinational brands. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, legal, and partnership teams to ensure customers receive full value from the platform and related services. This high‑ownership role requires you to work in English with customers throughout APAC while collaborating daily with the Seoul office.

Key responsibilities

• Own onboarding, training, business reviews, feature adoption, renewals and expansion for APAC accounts.
• Build relationships at every level, including executive sponsors, to understand priorities and cultivate champions.
• Monitor account health, identify risks early and execute mitigation plans, escalating when needed.
• Drive adoption of the platform, MarqLaw legal services and marketplace partnerships.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape engagement strategy with Sales.
• Define timelines, milestones and success criteria for customer initiatives and see them through to completion.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English (written and verbal) and business‑level Korean.
• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS, managing enterprise or multinational accounts.
• Proven track record owning renewals and expansions with multi‑stakeholder, multi‑year relationships.
• Cross‑cultural fluency and comfort building trust with stakeholders across APAC markets.
• Strategic thinking to grow partnership value across matrixed customer organizations.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills, including training, coaching, executive discussions and conflict resolution.
