Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting

About the role

HRnetOne is hiring a Senior Consultant for strategy consulting in Seoul. The consultant drives client impact by managing module workstreams or smaller end-to-end projects, coaching junior colleagues and working directly with client management to align strategies and solutions. The mandate covers commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, operational improvement and growth strategy across Consumer, Industrial and Financial Services sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more module workstreams or manage end-to-end delivery of smaller client projects
• Interface directly with client management to agree on strategies, findings and recommendations
• Manage workstreams, team coordination and deliverables across multiple concurrent priorities
• Develop creative and practical strategies for clients and contribute to client development activities
• Coach and develop junior consultants within project teams

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital or equivalent
• Proven experience leading teams or modules with direct client-facing responsibility
• Experience in commercial due diligence, post-merger integration or operational improvement engagements
• Bilingual Korean and English, written and spoken
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills suitable for client management-level interaction
