Sales Specialist - PCS & UPS

About the role

ABB is hiring a Sales Specialist for its PCS and UPS business in Seoul, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role covers mainly Medium Voltage Uninterruptible Power Supply (MV UPS) and Active Voltage Conditioner (AVC) sales within a designated market or division, supporting the Electrification Smart Power Critical Power sales team in South Korea. The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Sell MV UPS and AVC products in line with division strategy, achieving daily qualitative and quantitative sales targets for order growth, revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Communicate to customers on delivery times, payments and general terms and conditions in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Drive new market opportunities in the assigned market.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management when needed.

Required profile

• Over 3 years of sales experience in electrification.
• Proven ability to develop and manage channel and customer relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Business-level English (spoken and written) and native-level Korean fluency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PCS, UPS, switchgear and inverters in the semiconductor and data center markets is an advantage.
