Sales Representative - Modern Trade

About the role

Heinz Korea is looking for a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through modern trade channels. The role covers acquiring new accounts, managing existing partners, planning sales strategies and delivering accurate forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, acquire new accounts and manage existing modern trade partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and run data-driven annual and quarterly sales strategies based on product and account analysis.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and prospective buyers.
• Work with marketing, trade marketing and supply chain to align strategies and deliver corporate goals.
• Use market trends and product knowledge to create commercial advantage.
• Deliver monthly sales forecasts by product and customer, with weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Design and run promotional programs to speed up sales and manage slow-moving stock.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from price negotiations to order execution and follow-up.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of sales experience in FMCG; food and beverage experience is highly advantageous.
• At least 2 years as a lead KAM managing Hypermarket channels (mandatory).
• Experience with Costco and CVS is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and commercial strategy execution.
• Understanding of Asian consumer tastes and preferences.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and people management skills, with corporate-level presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for business analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with channel partners on high-ROI initiatives.
