Sales Representative – Medical Devices

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join the Sales Frontier team in Seoul and Incheon. You will promote, sell, and service our interventional portfolio, directly impacting patient outcomes and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned products in the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors and key stakeholders through regular engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand market share.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical support and technical expertise, including operating‑room assistance when required.
• Deliver training and education to drive product adoption and customer success.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer feedback, trends and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with less than 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple product portfolios in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and customer‑engagement skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Product demonstration and clinical support expertise.
• Technical knowledge of interventional medical devices.
• Ability to train healthcare professionals on product features and clinical applications.
