Sales Operations Specialist (19‑month contract)

About the role

This fixed‑term position supports Medtronic’s sales organization in Seoul, covering maternity/parental leave. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the role drives operational efficiency, revenue forecasting, incentive management and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales operations and commercial support, including sales planning, quota setting, budgeting, forecasting and day‑to‑day processes.
• Manage Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) governance, territory allocations, annual targets and score‑card updates.
• Drive revenue forecasting, performance tracking, scorecards and reporting for business planning.
• Deliver business analytics and strategic insights through dashboards, reports and trend analysis.
• Oversee channel commission calculations and payouts in line with corporate governance.
• Maintain sales and marketing systems, ensure data integrity and partner with IT for issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization abilities.
