Project Manager in Active Safety Controls

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Customer Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex active‑safety projects while coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and ensure project objectives and establish appropriate project organization.
• Set up the project plan, monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Control project budget and resources, reporting financial and quality KPIs.
• Represent the project in internal and external customer meetings.
• Negotiate changes and claims with the customer.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks, applying contingency plans.
• Lead team members functionally and assign work packages.
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Technical or discipline project leader on at least one completed project.
• Minimum 3 years as a project team member with demonstrated leadership or entrepreneurial skills.
• Experience working in an international team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
