Primary Market Research Consultant (Healthcare)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for an Associate Consultant in primary market research for healthcare projects in Seoul. You will provide high-quality, timely contributions to healthcare market research projects, taking ownership of key workstreams and delivering outputs with limited guidance. Assignments range from leading analysis and problem solving to helping develop more complex solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the overall execution of market research projects to ensure timely delivery and the development of proposals.
• Develop research materials and contribute to project deliverables across the research lifecycle:
• For quantitative studies: questionnaire design, table specifications, code frames, report charting, writing key takeaway messages, etc.
• For qualitative studies: develop discussion guides, conduct in-depth interviews with supervision from the project leader, prepare content analysis and summaries of individual interviews, and assist in qualitative report preparation.
• Build market research methodology and industry knowledge through engagements and formal and informal learning.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and effective stakeholder management under pressure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in market research, preferably on healthcare and pharma projects.
• Alternatively, experience in marketing or product management within a pharmaceutical company.
• Position level is aligned with the candidate's experience.
