Planning Administrator/Analyst/Associate, Global Markets

About the role

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is hiring a Planning Administrator/Analyst/Associate for its Global Markets Department in Seoul. The role strengthens market business operations, supports new product launches and ensures regulatory compliance, working closely with department heads and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regulatory responses and respond promptly to changes in Korean authorities' regulations, guidelines or abolishments affecting market business
• Support the launch of new products and business operations by involving stakeholders from various departments
• Take over administrative tasks from each business line and build frameworks that let teams focus on business development
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with key internal and external contacts
• Investigate and respond promptly to inquiries from head office and other departments
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, laws and regulations

Required profile

• Experience in business planning, financial analysis, project coordination, business management or a related area in financial services
• Interest in financial markets and market-related products
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is an advantage but not essential
• Bilingual business-level English and Japanese is mandatory, due to work with regional counterparts in Japan
