iOS Developer - AI Neobank App

About the role

BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is expanding into neobanking and is looking for iOS engineers to build the native iOS experience for its AI Neobank app. The role suits someone who cares about clean user flows, fast performance, product quality and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers. The position is remote, but candidates must be based in Korea.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship native iOS features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI-assisted user journeys.
• Make complex financial flows feel clean, fast and simple on mobile.
• Work with product, design, backend and AI engineers to turn concepts into production releases.
• Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, responsiveness and release stability.
• Use production feedback, analytics and customer behaviour to improve features after launch.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling and financial workflows with a focus on reliability.

Required profile

• Strong native iOS experience using Swift; experience shipping iOS apps used by real users.
• Able to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability and app quality.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment.
• Strong English communication, as English is the main working language.
• Candidates must be based in Korea.
