Installation Coordinator – Non‑Technical Project Management

About the role

The Installation Coordinator will coordinate semiconductor equipment installation activities and support workforce planning across customer sites, acting as a liaison between Installation Engineering Teams, Field Service Operations, Global Operations and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules with iTeam, Field Service Operations, project managers and key stakeholders.
• Track installation milestones, project status and readiness requirements to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning by tracking engineer availability, certifications and qualifications.
• Match qualified engineers to installation opportunities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate travel, site access and logistics for installation teams.
• Maintain installation documentation, system records, reports and operational databases.
• Prepare weekly operational updates, KPI reports and installation metrics for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, installation coordination, field operations, workforce planning, logistics or operational support.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
