직무 소개
G-EDM Lab에서 반도체 웨이퍼의 에칭·세정·전기도금 후 표면 및 화학 분석을 수행할 인턴을 모집합니다. 2026년 7월부터 12월까지 약 6개월간 현장 교육을 받으며 실무 경험을 쌓을 수 있습니다.
주요 업무
- 표면 분석 장비(XRF, AFM, LSM, 이온 밀링 등) 운영 및 SOP에 따른 실험 수행
- 분석 데이터 생성 및 보고서 작성
- 화학 분석 장비(HPLC, UV-Vis 등) 지원 및 실험 보조
- 전기화학 분석(갈바노스태틱, 포텐시오스태틱) 수행
지원 자격
- 학사 학위 소지자(재학생, 휴학생, 졸업유예생에 한함)
- 화학·화학공학 전공 우대, 관련 전공도 지원 가능
필수 역량
- 친화적인 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 성격
