Freelance Translator, English into Korean (Life Sciences)

About the role
The IQVIA Translation Services team is looking for freelance translators who speak Korean and can translate life sciences content from English. You will work with a global industry leader to deliver content in the target language and market quickly and effectively. Qualified candidates may also be considered for permanent positions.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Korean, spoken and written
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
- A university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience, or no degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and independently
- Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localisation company is desirable but not essential
Required skills
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools is a must
