Field Applications Engineer, Automotive Sales Team

About the role

Analog Devices (ADI) is hiring an entry-level Sales Engineer for its Automotive Sales Team in Korea. The role supports key customer engagement and sales activities, helping understand customer needs and working with internal stakeholders so the right solutions are delivered on time. Early in the role you will build practical knowledge of sales processes and the semiconductor business, then expand your scope in customer support and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer requests, project status and market issues, and communicate them accurately within the team
• Support sales activities including customer meetings, proposal materials and follow-up communication
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations and other teams to support customer engagement
• Organize sales, schedule and risk information for assigned customers and projects, and prepare related reports
• Learn trends in the automotive and semiconductor industries to identify new business opportunities
• Carry out operational and follow-up tasks needed to execute the team's sales strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field, or expected graduation in a relevant program
• Military service completed or exempt, where applicable
• No restrictions on overseas travel
• Preferred: interest in semiconductors, automotive electronics, B2B sales or other technology-driven industries; English communication skills; experience with data organization or analysis tools
