Electrical Engineer – CVC and ZCU Architecture & Network Solutions

About the role

Aumovio, a leading automotive technology company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and validate the Central Vehicle Controller (CVC) and Zone Control Unit (ZCU) hardware as part of its architecture and network solutions for next‑generation vehicles. The role involves working on both 12 V and 48 V vehicle electrical systems, defining protection, conversion and power distribution concepts, and ensuring compliance with EMC, reliability and vehicle integration requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design electrical hardware for the Central Vehicle Controller (CVC) and Zone Control Unit (ZCU) to meet functional and performance specifications.
• Support and develop 12 V and 48 V vehicle electrical system architectures.
• Define protection, conversion, and power distribution concepts for vehicle networks.
• Support EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), reliability, and vehicle integration validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with system and mechanical engineering teams throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with automotive Electronic Control Units (ECU) development and validation.

Required skills

• Automotive ECU design and validation.
• EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing and compliance.
• Knowledge of 12 V and 48 V vehicle electrical systems and power distribution concepts.
