Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance) Functional Consultant

About the role

sa.global is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Finance module to join our dynamic team in Korea. You will guide clients through successful implementations and integrations of Dynamics 365 F&O, helping them optimise business processes and achieve higher performance.

Key responsibilities

• Cover all consulting aspects including presales support, product demos, analysis, implementation, and end‑user training for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Evaluate customers’ business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality and document business requirements.
• Develop functional design documents that drive development and guide integrations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and train customer resources on D365 F&O usage and maintenance.
• Liaise with product vendors, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project quality.
• Provide production support, quality assurance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams and stay up‑to‑date with the latest D365 F&O features.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a subject‑matter expert in D365 F&O Finance with full‑cycle implementation delivery.
• Strong background in creating functional specifications, configuration, integration and testing using Microsoft Sure Step or best‑practice methodologies.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Microsoft certifications and Project Management certification are highly desirable.
• Ability to gather detailed business requirements, produce high‑quality documentation, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
