Deployed Engineer - South Korea

About the role

Cognition is looking for a Deployed Engineer to help customers get the most out of Devin, its AI software‑engineer platform. You will own the technical side of the customer lifecycle, from initial deployment through ongoing activation, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful integration.

Key responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation—ensuring customers achieve value with Devin.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical challenges, identify high‑impact use cases, and drive product utilization.
• Build deep relationships with engineering teams to facilitate smooth integration and adoption, activating top users.
• Gather and act on customer feedback, implement requested features when feasible, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Provide product insight to influence the roadmap and act as the “customer oracle.”

Required profile

• Degree in a STEM field.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or forward‑deployed engineering roles.
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship‑builder, comfortable discussing complex technical topics with stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and can quickly expand scope and responsibility.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
