Clinical Sales – Electrophysiology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales professional to promote and support Biosense Webster electrophysiology products in Seoul. The role involves building relationships with current and potential customers, providing education, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support, sell, and promote Biosense Webster products to clinicians and partners.
• Develop and deliver professional education and training for end‑users.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product instructions, best practices, and scientific literature.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and voicemail daily.
• Manage account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting, and system input.
• Collaborate with field sales, service colleagues, and internal partners to share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson policies and maintain safe fleet standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 0–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Alignment with J&J Leadership Imperatives and commitment to the company credo.

Required skills
