Channel Partner Manager

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to lead strategic partnerships with system integrators and resellers in Korea. You will drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI solutions, manage partner onboarding, deal registration and co‑selling, and build the channel program from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships with strategic resellers and system integrators, handling billing, contracting and queries.
• Manage deal registration, pipeline discipline and conflict resolution for partner‑sourced opportunities.
• Forecast and report partner pipeline against quarterly revenue and attach targets.
• Negotiate resale agreements and commercial terms in collaboration with legal.
• Co‑sell with local account teams and develop joint business plans to achieve growth.
• Build executive‑level relationships within Korean partner organizations.
• Coordinate partner certification, enablement and Korean‑language training.
• Manage relationships with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and marketplace private offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing channel or reseller partner relationships in enterprise software or cloud.
• Experience working with large Korean system integrators or managed service providers.
• Understanding of partner‑led selling in Korean enterprise, public sector and financial services.
• Working knowledge of channel program mechanics such as deal registration and partner tiering.
• Full professional fluency in Korean and working proficiency in English.
• Comfort building processes where none exist and joining a new program early.
• Motivation to support Anthropic’s mission of safe and beneficial AI.
