Brand Manager - Lokelma

About the role

AstraZeneca is looking for a Brand Manager for Lokelma to lead the end-to-end commercial strategy and market development of the product, focusing on the non-reimbursed market. The role aims to strengthen Lokelma's market leadership, expand adoption across healthcare settings and drive sustainable growth by delivering clinical value to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand strategies and tactical plans to accelerate adoption and meet short- and long-term business objectives.
• Lead market development initiatives to expand patient access, working with internal and external stakeholders on reimbursement, hospital listing and market shaping.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific societies to support evidence-based clinical adoption.
• Design and run omnichannel customer engagement programs across digital and traditional channels to raise awareness and influence prescribing.
• Work closely with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Commercial Excellence and Corporate Affairs teams.
• Monitor market dynamics, manage A&P investments, deliver accurate forecasts and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Business preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Desired: experience managing pre-launch activities.
• Desired: advanced English for communication with global and regional teams.
