Applied AI Architect – Pre‑Sales Technical Advisor

About the role

As a member of Anthropic’s Applied AI team, you will act as a pre‑sales architect and trusted technical advisor for large enterprises in South Korea. You will help customers understand the value of Claude, design integration strategies, and ensure safe, reliable deployments of our large‑language‑model solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey, from discovery and evaluation to deployment.
• Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work, creating tailored technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions, design scalable cloud‑based integrations, and develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and feed insights back to Anthropic’s product and engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally for on‑site workshops, technical deep‑dives, and relationship building.

Required profile

• Experience in technical customer‑facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native‑level Korean fluency and business‑level English.
• Proven track record working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to C‑suite executives and engineering teams alike.
