ADAS Technical Lead Engineer in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility

About the role

The Technical Lead drives a cross‑functional engineering team to meet technical product targets for autonomous and commercial mobility solutions, ensuring timely execution of testing, validation, and industrialisation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive cross‑functional/product engineering team to achieve technical project targets on schedule.
• Ensure product maturity throughout the product life‑cycle.
• Act as technical customer interface for cross‑functional engineering topics.
• Prepare technical decision options for the change control board and management escalation.
• Plan technical work packages (content, schedule, quality) aligned with the overall project schedule.
• Plan and execute product/system Milestone Level Checks according to defined timelines.
• Serve as plant interface to ensure successful sample builds.
• Guarantee that the product meets industrialisation targets.
• Release the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and manage engineering builds.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
