ADAS System Test & Validation Lead Engineer

About the role

Overall leader for all validation‑related testing in the project, responsible for customer communication on system requirements and engineering topics during the development phase.

Key responsibilities

• Creates and releases the overall project test strategy, coordinating schedules across all disciplines.
• Aligns domain test schedules into a consolidated project test schedule and monitors progress.
• Defines regression strategies with domain test managers to ensure sufficient test coverage.
• Monitors and reports overall project test status, linking test cases to technical requirements.
• Prepares test and validation product release recommendations and serves as the primary interface for test‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in automotive projects, with a driver’s license.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems, vehicle dynamics, control systems, and powertrain domains.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink, and system‑level simulation tools.
• Hands‑on experience with requirement engineering and management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or Codebeamer.
