Senior Manager – Client Services

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager – Client Services to lead a portfolio of strategic manufacturing and automobile clients in South Korea. The role involves overseeing relationships, driving profitability, and aligning delivery with customer strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Own the overall P&L for a portfolio of accounts exceeding $10 million.
• Ensure delivery teams conduct regular Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and act on client feedback.
• Develop account plans that reflect customer priorities and investment areas.
• Manage contract administration, including follow‑up on Statements of Work (SoW) and purchase orders.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the footprint and increase client loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, strategic accounts in the manufacturing or automotive sector.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Seoul and travel to client locations as needed.
