Senior Lead, Strategy & Operations – North Asia (Seoul)

About the role

As Senior Lead, Strategy & Operations for North Asia, you will shape Agoda’s strategic direction across the region, leading mission‑critical projects and partnering with senior leaders in product, supply, marketing and finance. You will leverage market and data analysis to inform executive decisions and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement long‑term strategies that drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Conduct rigorous market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and inform priorities.
• Leverage advanced analytics to evaluate business performance and guide data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Proven experience in strategy, management consulting or a related discipline leading complex, high‑impact initiatives.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and creative problem‑solving capabilities.
• Advanced project‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.
