ETC Process Support Engineer

About the role

The Process Support Engineer (PSE) will guide semiconductor products through their full lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide high‑visibility customer support on‑site, diagnose systems, and repair complex equipment while collaborating with R&D to develop cutting‑edge processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Work closely with customers to develop advanced processes for manufacturing leading‑edge chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments, design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile high‑level reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process‑engineering and product issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in a related discipline.
