Vice President, Sales & Market Leader – Korea

About the role

AVeVA is looking for a Vice President, Sales & Market Leader for Korea to drive growth of its industrial software portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, APAC and is responsible for shaping a sustainable future for industry and customers in the Korean market.

Key responsibilities

• Establish short‑term and long‑term market goals for Korea aligned with corporate vision.
• Lead and influence cross‑functional teams across Korea, regionally and globally using informal authority.
• Manage the Korea sales team, creating strategic and operational plans to capture new opportunities and achieve high sales growth.
• Develop senior executive relationships within enterprise and government sectors to promote cloud‑first policies and digital transformation.
• Drive retention of recurring business and acquire new customers, delivering both new‑logo wins and business‑model transformation.

Required profile

• Proven senior country leadership experience in industrial software sales.
• Strong commercial and people‑leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering business performance.
• Ability to lead without formal authority in a matrixed, global organization.
