Sr. Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The Sr. Business Intelligence Specialist will partner with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated BI systems that provide metrics, reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with complex data sets and data‑warehouse environments, integrating them effectively for analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain user‑friendly, automated reporting and dashboard solutions that support ongoing business metrics.
• Build stable, cost‑effective pipelines to extract and transform large datasets, visualising information and resolving data‑integrity issues.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, and medical teams to establish best practices and improve analytics processes.
• Implement ACE model analytics and enhance WWD capability by combining external and internal data for customer segmentation and decision support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence specialist with proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen covering marketing, decision‑support models, operations, and financial levers.
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking with ability to work cross‑functionally and present findings to executive audiences.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
