Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager – Seoul

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager to lead its mass‑market fundraising efforts from the Seoul office. Reporting to the Head of Mass‑Market Fundraising for IRC Korea, you will grow the supporter base and income through offline, sustainer‑giving channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑year fundraising plans and budgets focused on face‑to‑face acquisition of new sustainer donors.
• Monitor progress against targets, produce regular activity reports and KPIs, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with External Relations and internal teams to create innovative, targeted campaigns that engage new and existing supporters.
• Steward private fundraising income by integrating acquisition and retention strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring donor needs are met.
• Manage one F2F fundraising officer and ensure compliance with IRC policies and Korean regulations.

Required profile

• Solutions‑driven, passionate change‑maker with a strong commitment to humanitarian impact.
• Experience in mass‑market or offline fundraising, preferably within an NGO or humanitarian context.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, analyze performance data, and work collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to represent IRC positively to supporters and stakeholders.
