Join us and be part of a passionate team dedicated to shaping the future of dental healthcare.Job Title: Customer Service Intern – Business & Finance ExposureTeam: Customer ServiceDirect Report: CS ManagerJob time & Working area.This internship is full-timeJob DescriptionAs a CS Intern, you will primarily support Customer Service operations while gaining hands-on exposure to business and financial processes within a multinational environment.You will be involved in day-to-day operational activities, supporting order-to-cash workflows, data management, and cross-functional coordination.This role is designed to provide practical experience in how customer operations connect with finance and supply chain processes, especially in the context of a global SAP migration project.Operations SupportSupport order and operational process monitoring to ensure timely execution.Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues in coordination with relevant teams.Help improve process efficiency through data tracking and basic analysis.Finance SupportAssist in basic financial data preparation and reporting.Support expense tracking, invoice verification, and documentation.Help maintain data accuracy for financial analysis and internal reporting.Cross-functional CoordinationSupport communication between finance, sales, and logistics teams.Assist in maintaining accurate master data in ERP systems.Handle basic internal and external inquiries under supervisionProject & Ad-hoc SupportParticipate in SAP migration related activities and process improvements Support management requests and internal coordination tasks Contribute to improving operational efficiency through data trackingAd-hoc & Management SupportSupport management requests related to financial analysis, general affairs, and compliance matters. Participate in finance-related projects and process improvements. Other duties may be assigned as required.
