Senior Lead, Regional Management Office – North Asia (Seoul)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Lead for its North Asia Regional Management Office, based in Seoul. The role will shape strategic direction across North Asia, partnering with senior leaders in product, supply, marketing and finance to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement long‑term strategies that deliver sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
• Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to surface emerging trends.
• Leverage advanced analytics to generate data‑driven insights for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Proven experience in strategy, management consulting or a similar discipline, with a track record of leading complex, high‑impact projects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams and excellent communication skills.
