About the role
Intuitive, a market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in Seoul. The analyst acts as a strategic business partner to the Korea leadership team, covering financial planning, business analytics, performance reporting and executive decision support. The role works closely with Commercial teams and sits at the intersection of finance, business planning, commercial analytics and executive decision support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual budget, forecast and long-range management (3-year horizon) processes, prepare departmental budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts, and perform variance analysis
- Monitor operating expenses, support cost management, and take part in month-end close with Accounting
- Support investment planning and resource allocation through financial modelling
- Build and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI frameworks and management reports, tracking procedures, system placements, utilization and productivity
- Support customer ROI analysis, benchmarking and business cases, and give insights in business reviews
- Work with Corporate FP&A and regional Finance teams on reporting, and automate and simplify reporting processes
- Develop Tableau dashboards and ensure data quality and reporting governance
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing and other stakeholders and communicate insights to leadership
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, business planning, commercial or sales analytics, consulting or related fields
- Experience with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Preferred: commercial organization experience, healthcare/medical device/life sciences/technology background, dashboard development experience, and customer-facing analytical or consulting experience
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Handling large datasets and business reporting tools
